20th August 2019 So having breakfasted and packed again we left the luggage and resued our tickets from the previous day to back into Montreal, this time we were heading to the Botanic Gardens, and the Olympic Stadium.
19th August 2019 After a race, there is always a sense of what next, today was no exception. It was over, 30 weeks of training, the anticipation, the travel, the holiday was coming to an end.

16th August 2019 The race was approaching this was the day when we went to register and pick up our race number, and bags for race kit, and go to race briefings and welcome dinner. So that is what we did, all in a very relaxed way.
15th August 2019 With the change of time zone I was awake early so decided I would get up and go for a wander round the village before there were too many people about so I could take some uninterrupted photos.
14th August 2019 As we had all gone to bed early the night before we were all up early the next morning. But we had mad the decision the night before that we would go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast the next morning.
