Canada 2019

I decided in the middle of the summer of 2018 that I would compete in the Ironman in Mont Tremblant and this is how this trip came about.

Then in the planning, my mother and sister decide to come alone, and my sister decided it would be fun to compete too in the Ironman. Once planning got a little more detailed it proved that it would be a lot cheaper for me to fly to Glasgow and start the transatlantic trip from there, so nesting my GLA-LHR-YUL-LHR-GLA inside my GVA-LHR-GLA-LHR-GVA tickets, this was even factoring in the cost of extra nights hotel in Glasgow.
