Traveling the world since 2005

AA 002 First Seat 01A

AA 002 LAX – JFK 2’475miles

Flight 8 on this 12 flight trip, and I was still enjoying myself. Sat in my seat I asked the crew for a Bucks Fizz (Mimosa) as a pre-departure drink this time. I was slightly conscious that I should try to ensure I was not completely dehydrated. It the rest of the passengers are soon on board and we could push back from the gate and taxi to our take-off runway. Everything was running to time, which I was pleased about, as I really did not want to be worrying about re-booking flights etc.

Taking off out of LAX to the west we soon turn to start the long trek east back to New York, London and Bucharest.

The menu options for the flight were:

BRUNCHWINE LIST

Once the on-board service started I went back to my old habit on American Airlines of a Bloody Mary. I had pre-ordered the beef, and decided to have the fresh fruit platter to start with. It was all very enjoyable, and the flight passed quickly.

As we a approached NYC it became clear that we were going to do my favourite approach to land in New York. The Carnasie approach to runway 13L. There are so many videos on this I will let you check them out.
