BA 732 LHR – GVA 470miles
It was finally time to relax this was the last leg of a great 12 sector trip, to be honest, I was exhausted, but also a bit exhilarated. I had made it. It had been a bit of a challenge. I am glad to say this last flight was unremarkable. It just happened. We took off, we flew south, over Paris and rounded south of Dijon, to the Jura mountains, and then down into Geneva, Cointrin Airport.
The crew served the same meal as I had been offered on the outbound flight a few days ago, a ploughman’s lunch.
The routing was standard, the service was standard, we pulled up to the same gate as I had used when I had left on this trip. According to GCMapper, the total trip was 18777 miles (30218 km). I had just flown 3/4 of the way around the earth, in 6 days. And the bottom line, it had been so much fun.
